As President of Meritus Property Group, she combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to leadership—driving operational excellence, cultivating strong client relationships, and fostering communities where both people and performance thrive.

Known for her proactive and innovative style, Tiffany has built a career on anticipating challenges, adapting strategies, and delivering measurable results. Prior to joining Meritus, she served as Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Pacific Northwest region, overseeing nearly 14,000 units across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. In that role, she led a team of more than 380 professionals, guided by data-informed decisions and a culture rooted in care, accountability, and collaboration. Tiffany’s experience spans diverse portfolios, from urban high-rises to suburban communities and repositioning assets, and she has successfully partnered with more than 40 clients to achieve sustained growth, improved NOI, and enhanced resident retention.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has been recognized for her ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, strengthen client partnerships through transparency and trust, and implement systems that elevate service delivery and operational efficiency. Her leadership reflects a deep understanding that successful property management is about more than buildings—it’s about people, connection, and community.

An active advocate for the industry, Tiffany serves as Vice President of the Board for Multifamily NW, where she contributes to legislative and operational discussions that shape housing policy across the region.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys designing warm, welcoming spaces in her home, reading, and spending time with her husband, three children, and three beloved dogs.

Chanel’s leadership is defined by clarity, accountability, and a people-centered philosophy. She has successfully guided diverse communities through stabilization and growth, strengthened operational frameworks, and implemented scalable systems that create long-term value for both ownership and residents. Her thoughtful, disciplined approach balances analytical precision with a deep commitment to service and team development. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Chanel remains deeply connected to the region she serves and is a devoted sports fan who rarely misses an opportunity to support her favorite teams. She is also an active volunteer with Multifamily Northwest, contributing her time and expertise to support the advancement of the industry. Outside of her professional role, Chanel’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband, Anthony, are proud parents to Edward (16), Apollo (13), and Naimah (8), and share their home with Kobe, their beloved black lab.

Before joining Meritus, Dan was the Finance Manager at Ethos Development, responsible for all accounting at both the corporate level, and for a portfolio of active real estate development projects in Portland and Tacoma. Prior to that, he worked for Novogradac & Company LLP, where he specialized in public accounting for a variety of affordable housing portfolios. His experience in property accounting and compliance laid a strong foundation for his role overseeing complex real estate and property management accounting today.

Originally from the Portland metro area, Dan enjoys staying connected to the region’s natural beauty. He likes to surf, fish, play guitar, and can often be found on a trail or path near the city. Dan frequently splits time living between Oahu (his home away from home) and Portland.

Dan holds a Master’s of Real Estate Development from Portland State University, a Bachelor’s of Business Management & Finance from Brigham Young University-Hawaii, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Oregon.
