Pet Policy
Thrive at Green Mountain is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet per month. There is also a refundable $300 deposit required for each pet. We do not allow German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, or Akita. There is no weight limit for dogs. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
