Pet Policy

Nomad loves our fur babies, so we welcome them all! 

DEPOSIT & FEES:
$350 deposit for 1st pet
(additional $150 deposit for 2nd pet)

PET RENT:
$45/month for pet
(per pet, 2 max allowed)

PET OVERVIEW: Dogs and cats are welcome at our community! All pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.
