Colonial Village is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence.There is a refundable $200 deposit required for each household. We do not have weight limits, but certain breeds are restricted. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs. .
